Not surprisingly, the 新 York City Council last Wednesday overwhelmingly passed Mayor Bill de Blasio's sweeping amendment to the 新 York City Earned 生病 Time 法案. Most notably, the amendment expands the 法案's coverage to organizations with 5 or more 雇员 (reduced from the prior 15-employee threshold).
